We instructed our roaster to think of the light colour of his brandy and coke on a late Saturday afternoon but avoid the same kick he gets the following Sunday morning. 

This Medium Blend, carefully curated with the finest beans, offers a smooth, well-rounded taste with notes of caramel and a subtle fruity undertone.
